Astral Organica Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

We are confident you’ll find Astral Organica’s products nourish your skin like no other product you’ve tried. However, if you are dissatisfied, please return the remaining product with your receipt and reason it failed to meet your standards within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Astral Organica will refund the product purchase price or replace the product for free, at your option.

If you are unsure regarding the suitability of our products for your skin care needs, please do not order multiple or large units. Once a product leaves our premises, we cannot account for its disposition and therefore cannot resell returned products, even if ‘unused’. Returns of multiple units of the same product for reasons other than issues traceable to manufacture will be credited for one unit.

Returns made on free shipping offers will be credited less shipping costs.

Astral Organica reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
