How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are actual based on carrier choice, service level and destination location. We get discounted rates through the Shopify ecommerce portal and pass those on to you

Do you ship express?
Yes, there are various express shipping options you can select and see prices before checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
This will depend upon the shipping choice and service, first class USPS which is the standard option should not take more than 7 business days to most US addresses. Priority is generally 3 days to the lower 48. Express is generally next business day after shipping. Keep in mind that with express it will typically be picked up by the carrier the next business day.

How do you handle credit card payment security?
We have contracted with E Merchant Brokers to act as our merchant bank. You'll notice that when you place your order and click through to payment, you leave the AO site. This ensures that all payment information is processed through the EMB gateway and remains secure. The AO website and servers never see your complete credit card number. EMB uses state of the art encryption to maintain the security of your confidential information.

How do you know your CBD products are THC-free?
We test for THC at two stages. First, we test our Broad Spectrum CBD extracts for the presence of THC and potency of CBD after receiving them from our supplier so we know how to formulate for labeled dosage and confirm THC absence. Second, we test the finished product formulation for both THC and potency. We do not accept THC levels testing above the no-detection limit at either stage. Extracts are hundreds of times more concentrated than the amount of Broad Spectrum CBD extract in the finished products, which further elevates the certainty of our THC-free claim and your safety in using our products.
